Project Description:
Straddling Chelsea Creek, the development known as Chelsea Waterfront includes the transformation of the historic Power Station into luxury residential apartments as well as two new glass towers of 37 and 25 storeys and surrounding smaller blocks.
Originally built in 1904 to power London’s underground transport system, the site is embarking upon the next stage in its remarkable history, including the two new-build towers, a new double-storey basement connected to the Power Station, and residential apartments in lower level blocks.
